Founded six years ago by Mark Jones, ProMark Heat & Air grew from a simple, yet profound, idea: to combine years of experience and education in the HVAC industry with a commitment to delivering personalized, reliable, and energy-efficient services. Mark’s decision to leave his position as an HVAC instructor and pursue his passion for the trade on a larger scale was driven by a desire to do more for the community. His goal was to offer customers not only a service, but an educational approach to understanding their heating and cooling systems, helping them make informed decisions about their homes and businesses.
Mark Jones’s journey to becoming a business owner was far from ordinary. After years of hands-on experience working with HVAC systems, Mark found himself teaching aspiring HVAC professionals the ins and outs of the industry. It was in the classroom where he discovered his true passion for sharing knowledge and making sure that people understood the value of maintaining their HVAC systems. While teaching, Mark also realized that many people were being underserved by HVAC companies that didn’t take the time to educate their customers, leaving them to make decisions without full knowledge of their options.
In 2017, Mark decided to turn his passion into profit by launching ProMark Heat & Air. His mission was simple: offer reliable, high-quality heating and cooling solutions while educating customers about the technology, maintenance, and energy-efficient options available to them. With that commitment in mind, ProMark Heat & Air was born.
